After waiving his rights to extradition following his arrest here last Friday, United States fugitive Bobby Allen Stark was yesterday morning deported to his home country where he had fled child molestation charges, Minister of Home Affairs Robeson Benn said.
“He was arrested after overstaying his time. He waived his rights to extradition and he was deported this morning where he will be met by US authorizes in Miami,” Benn told the Stabroek News yesterday when contacted.
