Twenty-nine-year-old Kester Gilkes, a taxi driver of Lot 227 Blue Berry Hill, Linden, appeared yesterday at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Crystal Lambert to answer to the charge of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence and Magistrate Lambert remanded the defendant to prison until June 22.
