Seeram Krishna, called ‘Vicky’, a 35-year-old fisherman of Lot 24 ‘A’ Conservancy Dam, Canal #1, West Bank Demerara was fatally chopped yesterday and his cousin, 19, is in custody.
The chopping occurred after Krishna quarelled with the suspect and allegedly slapped him while they had been drinking alcohol, the police say.
