Dear Editor,
The ferry is here for some time now but not operational as stellings are still being retrofitted (SN June 19). So millions spent on its manufacture but it is lying idle. The hype which accompanied this ferry, one would have expected the beneficiaries to be reaping the much promised, improved assistance in transportation to the region it is assigned to.
Is this a case of bad planning or just pure incompetence?
