Orlando Cort appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate‘s Court on Tuesday, before Senior Magistrate Leron Daly where he was charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding Isaiah (only name discernible) so as to cause grievous bodily harm.
It is alleged that on April 03, at North Road, Georgetown, Cort, while being in the company of two other males, Kevon Simpson and Kevin Simpson, maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm upon Isaiah.
Cort was not required to enter a plea. The two Simpsons were charged earlier in the week.
The police prosecutor did not object to bail which was then granted in the sum of $30,000.
The accused is expected to make his next court appearance on July 10, for statements.
