Investigation Complainant not pursuing allegation against Dharamlall – police: The 16-year-old complainant  has decided not to pursue her rape allegation case against, Minister of Local Government and Regional Development, Nigel Dharamlall.

June was an important month of anniversaries marking the losses of notable Guyanese stalwarts.

Early this month (June 4th to be exact) I wrote about a sister who endured years of domestic abuse and felt she had no alternative but to remain in the situation.
