Minister of Finance Ashni Singh on Saturday evening paid tribute to those who conceptualized the Dependant’s Pension Fund (DPF), as he joined in celebrating its 100th anniversary at the Georgetown Club. He also thanked those who have been instrumental in its preservation over the years.
DPF was founded in 1923, served millions of public servants in Guyana and currently pays pensions to over 2,750 citizens. Several directors and long-serving staff were awarded during the event.
