Guyana Under-19 boys suffered their third loss of the Cricket West Indies Region Under-19 tournament after they were beaten by Trinidad and Tobago in Round Four yesterday, ultimately ending their chances of championship glory.
Batting first at Arnos Vale, Guyana were bowled out for 146 in 40.1 overs while Trinidad reached 136 for four in 38 overs to secure their first win of the competition.
Batting at number nine, Thaddeus Lovell once again produced a useful cameo to give the South American side a respectable total. Lovell top scored with a ball-a-run 33, hitting four fours and one six along the way.
