There has been a rise of COVID-19 cases in Pomeroon-Supenaam, Region Two. This is according to the region’s Regional Executive Officer (REO), Susannah Saywack, who reported the spike at the July sitting of the Regional Democratic Council’s statutory meeting.
Under the report of Health, it was disclosed that the region has 14 active cases with one death for 2023. The REO also informed that vaccines and booster shots are available in the region and urged residents to make the effort to get their jabs.
