The businessman whose truck ran over and killed his underaged employee, 13-year-old Rovin Williams, is still on station bail as the file has not been returned from Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
Region Two Commander, Superintendent Khemraj Shivbaran told Stabroek News on Tuesday that the file is yet to be returned from the Chambers of the DPP.
The businessman had been placed on $300,000 station bail while legal advice was pending.
