The Nexgen GolFun Summer camp is set for July 24-Aug 5.
It will run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 16:00hrs to 18:00hrs at the Nexgen Golf Academy on Woolford Avenue at the Scout Association Ground.
This year’s GolFun Camp is expected to raise the standard for fun youth activities as the participants, ages three and up, will partake in Golfing, Archery by ProArchers Guyana, Physical Fitness and will be trained in Self Defense and First Aid courtesy of Praetorian Security Services with Photography by Al Junior Wilson.
Players will be provided with equipment, balls, coaching, snacks (Sunshine Snacks), Beverages (Banks DiH); water (CIDI), ice cream (Sterling Products), and will all receive a Certificate of Completion and take part in a skills competition by age and gender where they will win prizes (Guyana Beverages, V&V Distributors, Survival Supermarket) and trophies (Trophy Stall) from First-Fifth in each category. Parents will have a chance to play golf and archery with Coaches Anand Mangra and Narda Mohamed while they’re waiting for the kids to finish.
