The sordid details revealed in the ‘nuisance neighbour’ court case (GT July 23), brought against a business place by a resident, unfolds in no uncertain terms a perceived tale of aided and abetted corrupt practices to which the authorities, at all levels, turned a blind eye and looked the other way, thus the neighbour became emboldened in their nuisance ways. It is hard to conceive another case of sheer, pure and simple, eye pass and bullyism. The claimant has won and the ‘nuisance neighbour’ must comply with the rulings of the court or be held in contempt.
