USAID’s Youth Resilience, Inclusion and Empowerment (Y-RIE) Program is seeking creative concepts that focus on youth development issues; propose smart, locally-driven approaches; bring partners together to work effectively and implement innovative activities.
A USAID release said that Y-RIE is looking for concepts that focus on particular communities and seek to engage youth aged 10 to 29 years-old, nurture their resilience and empower them to contribute to safer, more prosperous communities.
This funding opportunity is released as an Annual Program Statement (APS) to engage local partners, including youth groups, government, the private sector, and civil society in transformational partnerships that build the capacity of local youth-serving and youth-led partners, improve opportunities for youth resilience and improve community safety.
