As the US-led Exercise Tradewinds draws to a close, the Distinguished Visitors Day which was held earlier yesterday offered an occasion for high-ranking officials, diplomats, and military leaders to observe the culmination of weeks of intensive training. Prime Minister Mark Phillips, Bermuda Governor Rena Lalgie, US Ambassador Sarah-Ann Lynch, USSOUTHCOM Commander, General Laura Richardson, National Security Advisor, Gerald Gouveia, Brigadier Omar Khan and other dignitaries witnessed firsthand the synergy between military units from different countries, a release from the GDF said.
