Three vehicles yesterday morning skidded on the Soesdyke-Linden Highway in the area of Long Creek and ended up in the bush after driving over gravel that covered the roadway.
Two of the vehicles suffered minor damage but no one was injured, according to reports.
The police surmised that the gravel may be the result of the faulty loading of trucks that traverse the Soesdyke-Linden Highway, however, there is currently no evidence to show who or what may have caused the littering of the gravel on the highway.
