Jeremiah Hinds, of Lot 81 Roxanne Burnham Gardens, Georgetown and Shamar Shephard of Lot 41 Roxanne Burnham Gardens, Georgetown, appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday before Senior Magistrate Leron Daly where they were charged with stealing a motorcycle.
It is alleged that on July 25, at Ruimveldt, Georgetown, the defendants stole one black Honda motorcycle belonging to Shivanand Ravindra and valued at $211,000.
The prosecutor had no objections to bail but requested reporting conditions for Hinds since he was the one who allegedly rode away with the motorcycle.
Bail was granted in the sum of $80,000 each and the defendants was ordered by Magistrate Daly to report to woman detective Miller every Monday at 9:00 am until the completion of this matter.
Their next court appearance is on September 8.
