Wolves United downed Mil Ballers 1-0 when the Bartica Football Association Senior Men’s League continued on Friday evening at the Community Centre ground.
Following a score-less first half, Wolves secured what eventually proved to be a game-winner, as Roy Kingston found the back of the net in the 74th minute.
Meanwhile on Wednesday at the same venue, Potaro Strikers crushed Mil Ballers 5-1. The duo of Daniel Gardner and Reon Hall combined for all five conversions. Gardner found the back of the net in the second, 50th, and 51st minute, while Reon Hall bagged a double in the fourth and seventh minute.
On target in the loss was Amani Williams in the 76th minute. Also, AK Galaxy defeated Agatash via a walkover.
