Last week an overseas-based Guyanese nurse who is visiting her residence in Edinburgh, East Bank Berbice and a Corentyne businessman were robbed of a large amount of cash in separate attacks at their respective homes.
On Friday around 9 pm, Paulette Holder, 58, a nurse by profession of New Jersey was robbed at her Edinburgh Public Road home by two males dressed in dark-coloured clothing and armed with a handgun and knife. One bandit wore a mask while the other did not.
