Dear Editor,
When I did some consultancy for Dr. Jagan a couple of decades back, I would arrive at OP at 08.00. Dr. Luncheon had been there hard at work since 05.00. A true Stakhanovite! Like Margaret Thatcher (and me…) he plainly existed on very little sleep. Guyana has lost a good hardworking man.
