Dear Editor,
Finally, the long awaited and much anticipated COI into the horrible and tragic Mahdia fire is in place. It took several weeks for the remaining two commissioners to be identified to complete the composition. But what of the ToRs? Isn’t the public to know just what is to be examined and scrutinized during the process? Naming the commissioners without full disclosure of ToRs casts a slanted, dim view and can open the process to all sorts of interpretations.
