City football returns to GFC ground

After two weeks of play on the artificial turf at the National Training Facility in Providence, the Georgetown Football Association’s senior men’s league will resume at City Headquarters, the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground with a triple-header tomorrow.

There are reports that the impasse between the GFA and the GFC that led to the two-week switch away from the City has now been resolved and league matches will resume at Bourda.

Camptown FC and Riddim Squad FC will meet in the opener at 2pm while league leaders, Beacons FC will oppose Black Pearl at 4pm. Home side GFC will entertain Pele FC in the feature match at 6pm.
