Dear Editor,
There is no need for the Voice to be crying in the wilderness over the failure of those to honour financial court orders, as part of judgment, which seems to be bluntly ignored (SN August 15). Take the next step as outlined by the official legal functionary of the country.
This seems to be the way to go. Judgments, monetary in nature, are not being honoured and are a contempt of court, for which the court, it seems has no responsibility in ensuring its judgments and orders are carried out and upheld. This can be seen as justice being denied.
Yours faithfully,
Shamshun Mohamed
