Grievance with GT&T goes back to almost 2 months

Dear Editor,

I would be grateful for the publication of this letter, with the hope that through this medium GT&T could address my concern. My grievance with GT&T goes back almost 2 months with no attempt by this company to favourably resolve it. For the benefit of GT&T picking up the chronology and nature of my grievance, including the many calls to its Customer Service Representatives (CSR), the reference number, 037 595 85, would be instructive.

The system at GT&T is so geared that a customer cannot go past the CSRs, and even if you rarely do go past your matter cannot be escalated beyond the supervisors, who in my experience have not been helpful, just full of promises with no actual resolution. Editor, I choose this medium so that someone in authority could bring a final resolution to my matter. This is my last and only hope, failing which I would have to close my cellular account with GT&T which is in its 25th year.
