Fazal Mohammed, called ‘Wrong turn’ appeared before Senior Magistrate Leron Daly at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on Friday where he was charged with simple larceny.
It is alleged that on August 11, at West Ruimveldt, Georgetown, Mohammed stole one electrical saw valued at $25,000, one music set valued at $65,000, one wrist watch valued $10,000, one pair of slippers valued at $5,000, and one bottle rum valued at $6,000, all belonging to Vincent DaSilva.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge.
