More persons living in the Charity/Urasara community will have access to Information Technology (IT) training now that the Guyana Police Force, the Zara Group of Companies and the Jay and Sylvia Sobhraj Foundation commissioned a computer centre on Thursday at Charity in Region Two.
The centre will offer Foundation, Advance, PC repairs and maintenance, web page design, and introduction to the internet courses, to residents in various communities. The centre currently has approximately 32 computers and will provide much needed IT training. The commissioning of the Charity IT centre makes it a total of 13 IT labs with similar features built by Zara Group of companies.
