Tomicka Cush, of Lot 84 Breda Street, Werk-en-Rust, George-town, appeared yesterday at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Judy Latchman to answer to the charge of larceny which she denied.
It is alleged that on August 17, at Parliament Building, Hadfield Street, Georgetown, the defendant stole money from a man while he was relieving himself.
The court heard that on the day in question, the virtual complainant was at the Stabroek Market area drinking, when he went to the western side of the Parliament Building to urinate.
