Twenty-three-year-old Moses Jerrick, a vendor, appeared yesterday before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court to answer to the charge of larceny.
It is alleged that on August 12, in the vicinity of Stabroek Market, he stole a gold wrist band valued at $180,000 belonging to Candacie James.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge, and bail was refused. His next scheduled court appearance is October 13.
