The BOSAI Mineral Group (Guyana) Inc. and the National Association of Agricultural Commercial and Industrial Employees (NAACIE) yesterday signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for salaries and other conditions of employment for the BOSAI employees, a release from the Ministry of Labour said yesterday.
The Collective Labour Agreement (CLA), which will take effect from January 2023 to 2024, was signed in the Ministry of Labour’s boardroom in the presence of Prandatt Basdeo Senior Labour Officer.
Representing BOSAI were Eric Yu, General Manager of BOSAI, Human Resources Manager, Truedel Marks, and Public Relations Officer, Scherry Domer.
NAACIE was represented by Whitney Graham, General President of NAACIE, and Dawchan Nagasar, General Secretary of NAACIE, among other officials.
