“We are extremely pleased to have the partnership we have with CPL and it is because of that partnership and relationship we have, we are able to offer the people of this country this very special initiative.”

Ramson Jr., reminisced of days gone by of the ‘schoolboys stand’ where children in uniform got in free and were put in that section. He noted that it fuelled the dreams of many and it was converted into some of  them becoming special athletes.

Chris Watson, CPL’s head of marketing said, “We are really pleased to be able to put on this initiative on, free tickets for the kids so over the weekend… the kids can come and experience CPL, the biggest party in sport morning games where they may not be able to stay out late for the evening games, they are able to come for free.”

Watson said the idea is to give the children a wonderful experience so they will come back in the years to come and become some of the Shimron Hetmyers and Keemo Pauls of the future.
