Vehicles ‘clamped’ for parking dangerously in city

Yesterday, between 9 am and midday, ranks from the Guyana Police Force’s Traffic Headquarters conducted an enforcement exercise against motor vehicles parked dangerously and causing obstruction on streets in and around Georgetown. Several vehicles were ‘clamped’ using wheel clamps and eight tickets were issued for leaving a motor vehicle in a dangerous position. Sergeant Dowlin led the enforcement exercise.
