Parent urges action after son kicked in head at school, suffers seizures

The parent whose child was recently involved in a fight at the New Campbellville Secondary School that dominated several social media platforms is calling for action to be taken since her son suffered a series of blackouts and seizures.

The mother of the 14-year-old, told Stabroek News that her son is a third form student at the New Campbellville Secondary School. She explained that her son and a cousin (female) attend the school. The 14 year-old told his mother that the female cousin and his combatant shared a relationship. On Wednesday at the school, the female cousin began crying moments after the boy said something to her; he asked his cousin what was wrong, but she refused to answer.
