Sabrina Prettypaul, a 37-year-old businesswoman from Diamond, East Bank Demerara, appeared at the Diamond Magistrate’s Court before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman, where she was charged with fraudulent misappropriation.
It is alleged that Prettypaul committed the offence on David Sugrim, a 42-year-old businessman of Golden Grove, East Bank Demerara, between July 01, 2022, and October 30, 2022, at 1081 Section ‘B’ Block ‘X’, Diamond, East Bank Demerara.
She pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of $100,000.
The matter was adjourned to October 19, for disclosure
