Tyron Rowe appeared yesterday before Senior Magistrate Leron Daly at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court where he was charged with threatening behaviour.
It was reported that on September 20, at King Street, Albouystown, Georgetown, he exhibited threatening behaviour towards Shai Johnson.
Rowe admitted to the magistrate that he did use abusive language.
He was placed on ten thousand dollars bail.
The court heard that in August 2010, Rowe pleaded guilty to manslaughter. He was sentenced to eight years imprisonment.
