The Gregory ‘Jackie Chan’ Richardson Benefit Football Series will commence this evening at 18:00hrs at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground, Bourda.
The exhibition series is being conducted to raise funds for the former Golden Jaguars international and his family, who unfortunately lost everything after a fire gutted his Charlestown residence. In the opening match at 18:00hrs, Fruta Conquerors will lock horns with Beacons FC, whilst the feature affair will pit Santos against Pele from 20:00hrs. A donation is required to enter the facility and all proceeds from the event will be presented to Richardson. Additional matches are also to be announced shortly.
