After PNCR Executive Daniel Seeram was granted $50,000 bail amid charges of alleged domestic abuse towards his wife, Opposition Leader Aubrey Norton said “that only the court can decide on whether the regional chairman is guilty or not”.
Norton’s response came following questions on Seeram’s status in the party, to which he answered by saying “let the law take its course as his party will not comment on the subject”.
He told reporters Friday at a press briefing that since the matter is sub judice, it is wise for him to not pry too much on the issue since the courts will have the final verdict and not him.
