Dear Editor,
Have you seen the number and composition of the people lining the sidewalks nightly waiting for a meal? It is high time that the government open soup kitchens around the town to provide a basic hot meal to this growing indigent population. Also the need to ‘revv’ up the pace of job creation for able bodied persons and a universal basic income for others. Sometimes I’m inclined to believe that the sugar workers are all swarming to the city.
