Very disappointed with GTT’s customer service at Mega Mall

On Friday, 27th October I went to GTT in Regent Street downstairs of Mega Mall to rectify my MMG. Told a floor staff about the problem of my MMG. She made a call and I spoke to the MMG service agent. He asked for my ID and I told him that I only have my driver’s license. He said that the license would work and the staff would help me at the store. I went back to the floor staff and told her that the guy said that ‘yall would help me here’.

The young lady refused to help me since I didn’t have my ID, even though I had my driver’s license. Then she mentioned that only her manager can help me and she will not be in until after lunch. I got upset and annoyed. I left and walked to another GTT store at Fogarty’s building for assistance. The young lady helped me without any problems and my MMG is okay. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received from GTT in Mega Mall.
