East Bank Demerara and Georgetown recorded victories when the National Milling Company (Namilco) u17 Football Championship continued Saturday at the Georgetown Football Club ground, Bourda.
East Bank downed the National U15 side by a 3-1 score. Ian Daniels crafted a brace in the 76th and 90th+1 whilst Levi Wilson netted in the 69th minute. For the U15s, Keshawn Campbell scored in the 29th minute.
In another fixture, Georgetown dismissed East Coast Demerara 4-1. Dwayne James recorded a helmet trick in the 31st, 37th, 80th, and 90th+1 minute. On target in the loss was Bryan Wharton in the 14th minute.
In other results, Upper Demerara mauled Bartica 5-1 whilst West Demerara downed Essequibo/Pomeroon 3-1.
