The Guyana Defence Force (GDF) and Den Amstel recorded hard-fought wins when the KFC Elite League Cup continued on Sunday evening at the Eve Leary Ground, Kingston.
GDF disarmed the Fruta Conquerors 2-0. Delroy Fraser opened the scoring in the 24th minute, while Jeffrey Perreira sealed the result with a 90th+2-minuteย conversion.
Meanwhile, Den Amstel squeaked past the Victoria Kings 1-0. Tyrek Grant netted in the 62nd minute.
