The Justice Education Society, in partnership with Canada, is conducting the first-ever Senior Management Training with senior officers of the Guyana Police Force (GPF).
A release yesterday from the GPF said that the ‘train the trainers’ week-long workshop will address areas such as facilitation of skills for strengthening justice for women, girls, and indigenous peoples throughout Guyana.
Deputy Commissioner ‘Operations’ Ravindradat Budhram, Regional Police Commanders, Officer-in-Charge of the Tactical Services Unit, the Officer in Charge of the Guyana Police Force’s Musical Department, and the Force Training Officer among other senior Officers were among those at the training yesterday morning.
The training is taking place at the Guyana Police Force Officers’ Training Centre and will conclude on November 18.
