Dear Editor,
On 2023 – 10- 16, we submitted, via Wales Post Office, an application for birth certificates for four members of our family in relation to documents necessary for NIS to process a benefit request within a three month period commencing in this case from September 01. So far, we have not received the certificates all applied for with Transmittal Number 213-10-07. Age and health problems are preventing us to visit the General Register Office for face to face interaction with the unit responsible. I am therefore kindly soliciting the attention of the General Register Office for possible intervention so we can receive the documents to reach the NIS deadline.
