Dear Editor,
According to news reports the Court of Appeal was to deliver its ruling on the second elections petition (number 88), which was thrown out by the High Court, on Monday November, 27. The AG on his weekly programme also indicated this. Monday came and went and the details of ruling, if it was given, was not made known. Why was this but more importantly when will the ruling be made known?
