A Region Two family is in a state of shock after they discovered a female family member lying motionless in her house.
The dead woman has been identified as Soma Lall of Jibb, Region Two.
The body was discovered by her husband Jaman Lall. He related that his wife had told him that she was going to the washroom. He said he was outside at the time and when he entered the living room, he saw his wife lying on the floor. When he checked her vital signs, there was no heartbeat.
“She was lying lifeless in the living room; I was shocked and I don’t know what happened”, he lamented.
The woman was taken to the Suddie Public Hospital where she was officially pronounced dead. A post-mortem examination is to be done.
