The Guyana Amateur Powerlifting Federation (GAPLF) will bring the curtains down on a banner year with its flagship National Senior Championships tomorrow at the Saint Stanislaus College auditorium.
The annual year-end event which was postponed from last Sunday in keeping with the request for a national day of prayer in honour of the five servicemen who perished in the tragic helicopter crash, is set to attract 18 of the best local lifters.
Among them will be World Sub-Junior Squat champion, Romeo Hunter, Yogaishawar ‘Baby Hulk’ Seecharan along with standout females, Talicia Lindore and Kezia Joseph.
