The Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) U-15s won the Demerara Cricket Board’s (DCB) Inter Association tournament with yet another crushing win at the Tuschen ground, West Coast Demerara.
This time, they dismantled their closest competition, East Coast Demerara, bowling them out for 50 in 28 overs and then chasing it down with seven wickets to spare in 16 overs.
In the bowling effort, Emmanuel Lewis (3/7), Reyaz Latif (3/6) and Tilok Nanan (3/6) dismantled the East Coast Demerara batting lineup. Rovin Singh (20 not out) and Khush Seegobin (16) led the charge with the bat to leave GCA flawless.
The tournament saw participation from the following: GCA, Upper Demerara Cricket Association, West Demerara Association, East Bank Demerara Association, and East Coast Association.
