Gorillas and High Flyers secured wins in the male division, whilst Dynamo and Speightland were victorious in the female section when the ‘One Guyana’ King and Queen Beach Football Championship continued on Thursday evening at the PPP office compound, Mackenzie, Linden.
In the male segment, Gorillas edged Golden Stars B 1-0 via a Shaka Lewis strike in the third minute. On the other hand, High Flyers bested Golden Stars A by a 2-1 score. Shaquille Baptiste and Simmiah Samuels scored in the second and 21st minute respectively. For the loser, Kenneth James netted in the third minute.
