John Christian appeared before Magistrate Delon Bess at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on Friday after it was alleged that on December 25 2023 while at Robb Street, Bourda, Georgetown he attempted to commit armed robbery with a steel rod on Delon Amsterdam.
He plead not guilty and the prosecution did not object to bail but asked for conditions to be imposed.
Magistrate Bess granted bail with the condition that he is not to be seen on the road after 7 pm every evening until the matter is completed along with reporting to the Alberttown police station once per month. Bail was set at the sum of $50,000.
