Randolph Ganesh, a 35-year-old miner of Moruca, North West District, was nabbed on Friday at a Police roadblock at the #70km Checkpoint in Region Seven, after he was found to be in possession of 83.3 grams of marijuana in a haversack he was carrying.
The suspected cannabis was concealed in two Pringles cans. Ganesh was told of the offence committed and cautioned, after which he admitted ownership of the narcotic, stating that he bought it at Charity for his personal use.
The suspect was placed in custody and is slated to be charged.
