The Flash Back Party held at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence, East Bank Demerara on Saturday night was incident free, the police have said.
However, according to a release, a quantity of items was seized after some 10,000 individuals were searched upon entering the venue. The release said the seized items were 2,000 lighters, 100 pairs of scissors, 50 small transparent plastic bags containing cannabis, 50 joints (rolled marijuana cigarettes) and 15 weapons. Those who were found in possession of narcotics were arrested.
