Eon Barrow of West Coast Berbice and Leasel Bamfield of GG Hadfield Street, Wortmanville both appeared before Magistrate Clive Nurse at Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday charged with conspiracy to commit a felony.
It is alleged that the duo, together with others unknown, between December 1, 2023 and January 5, 2024 with the intent to defraud forged one driver’s licence and reported same to GRA along with forging one Guyana Identification Card number in favour of Youlani Gittens. They were not required to plead and were both placed on $75,000 bail on each charge. The matter was adjourned to January 29 2024.
